Registered Behavior Technician

Kaye

Kaye loves to cook and bake. She is from a very small town in Louisiana where everyone knows everyone. One of her goals is to further her education in applied behavioral analysis!

Antonio

Antonio graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Psychology, and minors in neuroscience and chemistry. He found ABA by accident two years ago when looking for clinical experience for medical school, and he has stayed ever since. He has a broad range of experience, as he has performed ABA in 3 states and across multiple companies, environments, and clients. Antonio grew up in Alabama, and recently moved here to Florida to be near my family. His passions are archery, working out, and mountain climbing.

Tabari

Tabari has been in childcare since high school, and becoming certified to work in Early Childhood Education post high school. That encouraged his experience as a teacher’s assistant working with before becoming an RBT. He became an RBT because of his passion for children's skill development and teaching. Tabari loves to play basketball, play video games, and spend time with his dog, Blue. Tabari wants to become a “Homesteader” and live sustainably on farmland.

Jess

Jess has worked in the field of ABA since 2017 as a direct care professional and assistant RBT.  she had worked in the field with children and teenagers diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related disorders both in the school and home setting before moving to clinic. She is a mom of three amazing kids, Leah, Ivan and Maverick. Jess's middle son (Ivan) has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Tourette Syndrome. After seeing the positive impact ABA had on her personal life, clients, and their families, she knew she had found her real passion and career. Jess enjoys working out, the ocean, listening to music and outdoor activities. She was born in Puerto Rico and has been living in Florida since 2015. She is KT-ABA's lead bilingual in English and Spanish speaker.

Aalaniz

Aalaniz has worked in the field of ABA since 2022 and is now a grad student to receive her masters in ABA but her experience with ASD dates back to 2009 when her younger sister, Gianna, was diagnosed. Gianna’s diagnosis inspired her to want to learn about ABA in hopes of one day better understanding her sister; and in turn, helping to make Gianna feel heard. Becoming an RBT and working 1-on-1 with different ASD children solidified her hunch that pursuing a career in ABA was the right move for her. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the Florida Institute of Technology and is also currently enrolled in their ABA Master’s Program to earn her BCBA certification! Aalaniz was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico and moved to the States in 2007; she frequently visits family back home and is proud of where she’s from. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Aalaniz loves long-distance running, going to the beach, thrifting, and spending time with friends!

Devyn

Devyn became an RBT in October 2022, but her passion for working with kids with special needs and disabilities goes way back to middle school. She’s finishing her Bachelor’s in applied science at Eastern Florida State College and plans to receive her master’s at UWF. Becoming an RBT was a natural step for her to make a bigger difference for kids on the autism spectrum.

Devyn has coached and volunteered with Special Olympics, spent years with Best Buddies, and works part-time as a nanny. Her favorite part of her job is singing with the kids and making colorful crafts. When she’s not working, you can find her hiking with her golden retriever, working out at the gym, reading, or tanning at the beach.

MEG

Meg has been working with children and adolescents with disabilities since she was 14. She has two undergraduate degrees in Human Development and Family Policy and Educational Studies. She has spent many years in daycare and public school environments before becoming an RBT in 2019 after wanting to do more for children before they entered the school system. Meg graduated with her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology from Pepperdine in 2023. Meg enjoys weekends at the beach, theme parks, and spending time with her family and friends.
